At Share and Care Children’s Welfare Society, we are deeply grateful for the support we receive from our donors and well-wishers. As a charitable organization, your contributions help us carry out vital social welfare programs for underprivileged individuals and communities. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully.
1. Donations – No Refund Policy
All donations made to Share And Care – Welfare Society are non-refundable. Once a donation has been made, it is considered final and will not be refunded, except in specific circumstances outlined below. This is because donations are immediately allocated to ongoing welfare projects and cannot be reversed.
2. Donation Errors
If you believe an error has occurred in your donation amount, or you mistakenly submitted a donation, please contact us at sharcare@gmail.com or call us at +91-9841271412 within 7 calendar days of the transaction. We will review the request and respond promptly.
Refunds for erroneous transactions will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and the final decision rests with the management team.
3. Event Registrations & Volunteer Sign-ups
If you have registered for any events, programs, or volunteered through our website and wish to cancel your participation:
- Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance via email or phone.
- For events with a registration fee (if any), we will issue a refund only if cancellation is made within the stipulated time and costs have not already been incurred.
4. Duplicate Transactions
If you notice that your account has been charged more than once for the same donation or registration, kindly contact us immediately. After verifying the duplicate charge, we will initiate a refund.
5. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:
- The refund will be processed to the original payment method (credit/debit card, bank account, etc.).
- It may take 7 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank/payment gateway.
